The doctor and the nurses could not assist my skin sensation which turned painful after 9 plus hours. When I arrived the nurses checked my heart beat which was at 241! I am 20 years old and the maximum is like 200 in my age bracket. I even called poison control which advised me to go to the ER. Everyone told me ride it out but the itch got worse and my racing heart beat did not subside. I was bouncing of the walls, my skin felt like it was on fire and I couldn’t catch a grip. Needless to say when I compared the chemical makeup to c4 and other top rated yet relatively small preworkout brands I was mortified that c4 had such a huge effect on me especially when some kids were taking 2 scoops of Gorilla like it was nothing. Apparently c4 is crap and they all raved about gorilla mode preworky and other niche supplements. One day I was conversing with the gym bros about preworkout and I mentioned how c4 literally knocks the wind out of me. I’ve taken c4 sparingly so I’m not a a preworkout virgin. ![]()
